As an integrative creative counsellor, I am flexible in my approach and use a range of tools and techniques from different theories to help meet your individual needs. We are all unique and one size does not fit all. Using a creative approach in my work allows clients to find ways of expressing how they feel when the words are difficult to find.
I work with adults, children and young people, offering a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space to process whatever is troubling you and to 'untangle' the thoughts and feelings you are experiencing.
I am a Registered Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and I am bound by its Ethical Framework for Good Practice. I abide by their frameworks and complaints procedures. Details of these are available on request, or through their website which can be found at www.bacp.co.uk.
I also hold an Enhanced DBS certificate to enable me to work with adults, children and young people.
